Home For The Weekend

Come Home.

Find that's just where He wants to meet you.

OUR
STORY

In Home for the Weekend Retreats, we dive into what we believe is an invitation to us from the heart of God into Home as He has defined it – a place in His heart where we can live freely – completely known, deeply loved, and truly safe in His care. This two-day retreat, set in the living room with a small group of trusted friends, offers time and space to steep in the reality of finding Home in Him.  Through worship, prayer, reflection on the Word of God, sharing home-cooked meals, foot-washing, Communion, and several written and artistic prompts, attendees are led through a process of discovering home for themselves in the Father’s heart, learning how He wants to personally engage them.

Home for The Weekend retreats are crafted and hosted by Geoff and Jill Ludlow of Full Sail Ministries in collaboration with Jordanne Fulcher of Wild Child Collective. Full Sail Ministries was founded by Geoff and Jill in 1999 and focuses on displaying God's Heart through the arts. Our heartbeat is to create space and unrushed time for individuals to make deep, life-giving connection with God. This is done through a variety of retreat settings like Home for the Weekend, Oasis Retreat, and Current for Women Weekend Away, where beautifully crafted settings, artistic expressions, life-affirming teachings from the Word, real life stories, Reflective Stations, and prayer ministry help set a space for the Holy Spirit to draw people into deeper intimacy with the Father. (We especially love offering these times away to pastors, leaders, missionaries, and full-time Christian workers who spend so much of their lives pouring out into the lives of others.) Our retreats and outreaches take place wherever the “Wind” of God blows, be it locally, domestically, or internationally.

What Does a HFTW Retreat Look Like?

"Make yourselves at home in my love."
 John 15:9 Msg

“I came in hurting and weak, and left encouraged, seen, and refreshed by my Father. You created an environment where we could truly be met, and He used your words to minister right to my heart... It feels like some big things are breaking off and I’m so grateful.”

HFTW Attendee

Pay It Forward

It is our vision and privilege to offer Home for the Weekend retreats completely free of charge so that cost would not prohibit anyone from coming. We are able to do this because of the faithful prayers and generous financial support of so many who believe in the work we are doing and who give sacrificially to help make it happen. We are so humbled and grateful for their support. If you would like to join our support team through your prayers and finances, would you consider “paying it forward” for someone else who will be attending a HFTW retreat in the future? Your support would be a huge blessing to us and to all those who will attend upcoming HFTW retreats. Thank you so much for your support that makes our mission possible.
